Saving Cape Cod’s Special Places

The Compact conducts planning for land preservation Cape-wide as well as provides technical assistance to assist with land transactions funded by the Community Preservation Act, state grants, Thomsen Land Fund for Cape Cod and other financing resources.  Protecting wildlife habitat, scenic views, ponds, salt water resources and drinking water are just some of the planning and financing benefits resulting from the initiatives below.
